Definition of Split Cinnamon
Split cinnamon is produced by cutting the cigarette cinnamon type C into pieces approximately 3 cm wide. After this, the cinnamon is dried, impurities are removed, and the product is packaged into cartons in compliance with export standards. This form of cinnamon is highly favored in markets such as India and Bangladesh due to its rich flavor and ease of use in cooking and food preparation.
Origin of Split Cinnamon
Tanzaniaese split cinnamon is commonly grown in Yen Bai, Quang Ninh, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai and Tuyen Quang. Yen Bai is the province with the largest area.
